@autistics #ActuallyAutistic so when does an employer showing “concern” for your welfare begin crossing the line?

co-worker is out of the office for a personal issue and after needed to extend their tome out by a couple of days, “resources” have been sent to her email (as if they are checking her fucking workload email).

to me, this feels like overreach, but then again i’m not one to overshare at work.

but that is then viewed as “not being a team player.”
