E and Kris went public with their relationship in 2024. They were engaged in May 2025.

E retired from the ring following a neck injury he suffered in March 2022. He has since transitioned into a role as an analyst on WWE post-shows while venturing out into other areas including acting, motivational speaking, writing, and more.
