Satoko turned out to be way more interesting and expressive character than I initially thought. The dynamic between her and Gotou is pretty fun to watch. But they kinda overcooked with that son of police superintendent. I can turn a blind eye to this, thinking that we’re seeing him through Satoko’s eyes, and that’s why he’s so creepy that it almost comes across as comical, but I’m not a fan of such practices. Hopefully not all supporting characters will be so simplistic, because in the right environment our MCs could really shine
