My company, after covid said “we are considering moving back to a hybrid way of working”. I replied “Well I am considering resigning to go somewhere that is fully remote. I am not the only one”
And we never had a mandatory return to office mentioned again

No. Why would anyone clap? It was a conversation, which resulting in not having a return to work policy. I doubt I was the sole reason
