1. Poached egg on brown toast for breakfast.
2. Several hours editing photos and converting photo favourites to black and white. (See Paddy pic 109.)
3. Dinner with the family at 'Uobei' sushi. The dishes used to trundle round and round on a conveyor belt and you took what you fancied and paid by the plate at the end. Then there were a series of incidents with customers posting clips of themselves doing unhygienic things on social media (!) Widespread outcry. Now you order on a tablet and your sushi arrives on either a model Shinkansen, Space Shuttle or F1 car.
