Fair enough. I do admit, I went through a number of USB cables in a previous car that didn’t have wireless. However, I don’t really see how restricting access to AA would solve your maps issue. So, rather than not being able to use your phone to look up a detour (which I have done, by unplugging my phone, selecting a new router, then plugging it back in, which isn’t great), you now just look up a detour on your phone and then what? Don’t use the cars navigation, but rather your phone?
