I recommend to look for the good translations. i.e. the release from “neoDESU+” has a download page that alone is very awesome, and the subs are peak quality as well.

As for the manga there is a translation, where the translator traveled to the spots in the manga, and took fotos and attached a travelguide as TL Notes in the end of each chapter.
