I don’t know the guy nor care about American politics so don’t take this comment as a support for either side, but reading the comment, I’m curious. Without the caption, would you still say the same things about his face ?
Like if it said this guy was a Nobel prize winner instead, would your opinion of him be different?
He has a very average face to me, nothing noteworthy. At best he looks like a french teacher.

You don’t understand. Looks don’t matter and body positivity is all the rage as long as the person in the picture is someone you like. Otherwise be as vicious as possible and call to violence like you are saying “good morning” to your neighbor.
