Came here to suggest this. As a norwegian I have been using it since forever, but I wasn’t aware of how good it is for outside of Norway too until a friend of mine, who then worked with them mentioned that they had a surprisingly large user base from one African village.
I travel a lot for a living, so I often use it for places I am headed to on the other side of the world.
It’s run by the norwegian metrological institute, so their model is based on the same data you’d have with paid services.
