Any animal that flees from being eaten probably feels pain. This is not the high bar you vegans think it is.

  Indeed! Are we suddenly going to stop eating things because they can feel stuff? Being eaten is as much apart of nature as photosynthesis. It’s not sentience where you should be drawing the line it’s sapience.
