yeah that certainly is one thing, i try to add every recipe i can think of, and any new ones that i come across but it’s like heck, do i really eat so few meal varieties?!

I collect recipes that are out of my wheelhouse or a variant of what I already consume because I like trying new things. Go out to the garden, pick some fresh herbs, and produce to accompany said dish. As far as mass importing recipes, I’d get too overwhelmed and probably not use 3/4 of them. I also add my own variations on a theme. One of my go to, quick eggplant sides is to take slices of eggplant, egg wash and planko, a layer of parm, slices of tomatoes on top the eggplant, more parm, moz, fresh cracked sea salt and pepper corn, a spritz of evoo, and bake in the oven. So good!
