    Actually I had a supervisor at university who had so much caffeine as a student he got big medical problems from it and now I think can’t drink any otherwise it sets his body off.

  I dunno how so many people are just more or less fine with raw dogging life. I need something to take the edge off a lot of the time.

      Substance use =/= substance abuse. Just because you use them doesn’t mean you abuse them. Don’t let yourself become a slave to a substance and you will be fine.
