Why is it always the poor health of people? Cant they just take a normal vacation every now and then without having to worry the fans?

Mangaka barely have time to SLEEP much less go on vacations.
Not to mention, there’s a high chance of getting the Axe or you dropping in sales for most people even if you take a short break.
Releasing manga chapters weekly was never a logical or healthy option to begin with given how time consuming it is. The industry is just cruel.

I know. But its Japanese work culture in general that does that. Its unbelievable how they live like that.
