How does being able to have all the unprotected sex you want harm your masculinity? Toxic masculinity is weird. 😄

I got one two years ago after my son was born. Zero long term side effect. I had a more difficult recovery than most with some excessive swelling and bruising. I was on the couch for about a week, but then it all healed up just fine. There’s not even a scar. 10/10, would recommend even with my unusually long recovery. The surgery itself was also a lot shorter than I expected. There was one jolt of pain but otherwise it was pretty quick and straightforward.

My one word of caution to guys considering it is that it’s not always reversible so you need to treat it as a permanent decision.
