Comment on Is TV Dead? Global TV Shipments Hit a Decade Low in 2023
michael_palmer@lemmy.sdf.org 6 months agoYesterday I was in an electronics store and saw a 65" 8K TV and a 65" 4K TV. The difference in image clarity is almost imperceptible even if you get up close. Maybe 8K will be useful for huge TVs like 85" or more.

I’ll do it. It’ll be hard to pitch that but dammit it’s for science.
