Comment on Too many issues with Lychee. Any alternative ?
Tiritibambix@lemmy.ml 6 months agoAs mentioned in my post, I already use it for backing up my mobile pictures. I really want to draw a line between my personnal pics and my photo work, but I might reconsider it, as Immich is great indeed.

Fair, one advantage of running things in docker is it’s very easy to just run a 2nd instance of Immich for work stuff.

You don’t need any more CPU, they’ll share just fine and likely you’ll only be uploading heavily to one at a time.
