I have a TrueNAS Scale NAS in my home work. Since they using k3s, your NVidia GPU should be picked up automatically: docs.k3s.io/advanced#nvidia-container-runtime-sup… If you have troubles, I guess a little tweak here and there and you should be fine. I generally recommend Truenas, it serves me several years until now.
