Comment on Air Canada's chatbot gave a B.C. man the wrong information. Now, the airline has to pay for the mistake

My only complaint here is that the judgement should have had way more punitive fines. A simple refund was not enough compensation for the horseshit they put him through, and is in no way enough motivation to stop the practice of providing misinformation.
