The shareholders?
Shareholders / investors / stock holders… you get the idea. People that have invented money in the company. They don’t give a shit and just want returns.
Who, specifically, in SpaceX’s case?
There are a lot of institutional investors that own a stake in spacex, I know Google has a significant stake for example.
Their not publicly listed though, millionaires only…
