Comment on Trying to find and understand the best microblogging platforms for my needs
dez@lemmy.ml 9 months agoWe are on the same boat. We need to find the right platform and the right instance, and as a newbie on the fediverse planet as Im, I will need more deep searches. This is a punch on the head, but I guess this is a process to choose wisely and understand full completely the microblogging ecosystem.

To be fair, it doesn’t take that much to create an account on one instance and then see if it works for you. I must have more than ten alts on several platforms
