One thing you could do about the water consumption is to have a dehumidifier outside the tent. That way you are recycling moisture that comes out of the tent fan. If you want to be resourceful you might be able thook up the dehumidifier chamber flow into fogger.

Just a thought.

Arduino automation would work. Just make sure you’re changing the air in the tent about 5-8x per hour minimum.
