    It is a couple tons of armored sofa that takes too much space, crushes the road, kills deer and human alike.

    Sounds like a car to me.

      PEV = personal electric vehicle, like an e-bike, scooter, or unicycle. All the benefits of bike infrastructure while letting you go a lot farther and faster without getting sweaty

        Noted. ddg gives me “plug-in electric vehicle” when I search PEV. So I miss understood. E-bike indeed is not a car.
