Sheeple@lemmy.world 5 months agoCapslock is kinda useful for if you’re disabled. I also found it’s great on devices that are meant for one handed use too like phones.

That’s fair. You could still have that same functionality through something like double tapping the shift key, but I guess that might also be hard for some people.

That would introduce a point of annoyance IMO. Just remember that in older versions tapping it 5 times would trigger sticky keys. You’d constantly accidently trigger capslock when typing fast.
