  Actually Elmo personally damaged infrastructure in september because there was supposed to be a server move but he thought all the precautions were bogus so he just went in there himself and started yanking + disconnecting cables at random

  Ever since, Twitter hadn’t recovered from the intense damage caused and is experiencing issues
