The range of flavors is very limited for both lactose-free and vegan; mainly hovering around chocolate and vanilla.
Comment on anyone else? i made this to represent my struggle.

Why don’t you just eat ice cream without milk in it… I mean, I haven’t looked, but it’s bound to be a thing by now. 🤷

Planet Oat has some tasty varieties, I’m a big fan of their Blueberry Oat Crunch. Also, Dole Whip is dairy free as well and is getting more popular just about everywhere.
Otherwise lactaid is always good if it helps you at all and you still want ice cream.

Ben and Jerry’s has amazing stuff. They use soy lecithin sadly, so I’m still getting a mild allergic reaction, but definitely better than dairy.

Yeah most are awful, but some are ok. Sometimes you just gotta enjoy the good stuff and poop a bit.

At the grocery store I’ll buy almond/oat etc ice cream, but sometimes the ice cream shops only have dairy, or your at friends/family and they only have regular ice cream.
Lactose is in nearly everything from chips, to baked goods, to some Asian noodles, sauces, and everywhere in between.
If I’m outside of the home and planning on eating I’m strapped with lactose pills

I’m allergic to milk and soy protein. Ain’t no lactase pills are gonna save me.
