      Hamas isn’t the government of Palestine. That is the Palestinian Authority.

        Hamas is the government in Gaza. The Palestinian Authority lost to Hamas who promptly canceled elections forever

      Wasn’t that in response to the terrorism tho, making that terrorism very much not an act of war? Also Hamas didn’t blow up a train line, they shot up a music festival.
