That’s not true. In fact people who have “drowned” in frozen lakes have been successfully resuscitated because the cold temperatures slowed down their internal body regulations.
It all depends on the conditions and length of time that you’re exposed to those freezing temperature's. You know shit is really hitting the fan when you see people freezing to death start stripping down because they feel too warm.
