Click on your account, go to settings, in the section with checkboxes near bottom there’s option “Send notifications to e-mail”.

I finally see it, but it’s grayed out. That’s why I never noticed it. I can’t click on it.

I don’t remember. I’ve looked everywhere to see if I have one, or if I could add one, but I can’t figure out where that would be.
