orclev@lemmy.world 10 months agoIgnoring the software side of things, the hardware of their laptops is very nice. I prefer my Framework laptop because of access and repairability, but I can’t really fault anyone for saying the hardware of Macbooks is good.

And thanks to the folks at asahi, software is almost bearable too! Rn running fedora with their modded kernel, and it runs fairly well (some features still missing tho)
