Curious what you’re expecting. 700 minutes is 11.5 hours of use. Does your moms phone get better than that?

For my mom, the 1% phone battery lasts for 10-15 mins. I said 6-7 mins in my description, but now it’s 2nd week and now 1% battery remaining timing has reduced to 4-5 mins. This happened after I charged my phone to 100% for second time.
