andyMFK@reddthat.com 1 year agoAutomotive filler primer will smooth those layer lines, a couple of good coats then sand it back with a high-ish grit (about 240 or so) will get it beautifully smooth with relatively little effort.

I'd suggest sanding with coarse to medium sand paper, then filler primer. The sanding will help with primer adhesion and reduce the number of extra coats.
