Delete all your IRL social media accounts, all of them. Make up a username that isn't associated with anything IRL, make sure you set up all your accounts with a random 20 digit password or passphrase that is difficult to crack, upgrade your security settings on your browser to automatically disable the loading of javascript and other media elements that are used to track you, don't use google switch to duckduckgo, don't use winddows switch to linux and finally, make sure all of your personal data is backed up in cold storage on a USB or drive that has a manual switch to turn on and off when you need to access it. I also encrypt all my drives with a 32 bit encryption.
