Once nice Lemmy feature is that unlike certain other sites, it’s possible to edit post titles if you want to.

The downside is that you can’t read the URL.
Also, every instance assigns its own unique number to every post and comment, so you can’t easily move from one instance to another (unless someone from the target instance has commented, then you can use their federated link). We really should have the number defined by the host instance, then every other instance could be

it is generally possible to find the post on another instance through the search, at least through the default web interface. there is certainly a lot of room for improvement though.
