I feel like the fediverse userbase has recently had a pretty big influx of reactive and argumentative idiots, possibly because usamerican schools have ended for summer?

Reddit used to get particularly stupid this time of year but I’m honestly kinda surprised this place is popular with the kids, so idk maybe it’s something else.
