Comment on What 3D printer should I buy?
SorteKanin@feddit.dk 2 weeks ago I applaud you for that, but it sounds like you’re admitting that Prusa is overpriced and that you can get equally good printers for cheaper elsewhere - is that correct or do you think otherwise?

I wouldn’t say overpriced, as that carries the implication that nobody should pay that much.
But that it’s pricier than some competitors, sure. But they’ve basically floated the R&D cost for the entire industry, and that cost carries interest.
