Yes and no. It opens up a lot of land and minerals to us, we’re just not to morally bankrupt as to take advantage like some demented orange fucks.
Folks closer to the equator are truly fucked. Say bye bye to Jabba’s Palace ie Mar-A-Lago, not that Donald the Demented will be around much longer anyway.
