    It will still be relevant with the minority that holds the majority of power in the US due to gerrymandering, the electoral college, and all of the effort that Republicans have put into making it extremely difficult for people in cities to vote. I mean Fox News was only relevant to them in the last several elections.

    Not QUITE how Twitter works, Democrats can pay for ads too. Question is whether any Chinese or Russian intelligence teams decide targeting messages at lefties is going to contribute towards their goals as a whole.
