If you don’t want to waste money on things you can be getting for free, the PSP emulator PPSSPP is fantastic and doesn’t cost a dime!

It really is wonderful, and I’ve chatted to the developer of PPSSPP a few times. I tried to organize a interview with him a few months ago :)
But as much as I love PPSSPP (and I do, I test it on the retro handhelds I review each time!), there’s a lot that can be said for playing these games on the original hardware. I cover some of that in my article there!
