Yes. unfortunately the behavior modification sticks with them. I recall seeing some submissions with pictures of text as well 🙄

gullible@kbin.social 11 months agoI apologize to everyone I’m about to insult but lemmy users generally behave like redditors. People generally don’t write comments with relevant information in order to have them passed over. It can be frustrating, especially when the rest of the comments are repeated jokes or could be summarized as alternative articulations of “this.”

Nah, there’s one key difference between lemmy users and Reddit users. They behave mostly the same, but there is also a sense of superiority where they just think they know better because of the platform they choose to use.
