credit where it’s due, the riddance of no fault evictions is a good thing but the long run up has given landlords plenty of time to get their section 21s in. i don’t know if there’s national figures available yet but from what i’ve seen locally evictions from private landlords have overtaken ejection from family/friends accomm as the top reason for homelessness since around the end of last year and seem only likely to increase until may
