  Trolls in Runescape are named after the first thing they try to eat. This is explained in the game by a troll named Dad IIRC. There’s also one named My Finger

    I believe you may be thinking of My Arm from the quests “My Arm’s Big Adventure” and “Making Friends With My Arm”, unless I’m forgetting about a troll named My Finger.

    There’s a kid named finger joke there somewhere, I just know it.

    This joke isn’t just a one off thing either, every troll has a name to go with it. You can even get a baby troll that you can feed most tradable items to to change its name to the item. A few people feed stuff like Christmas crackers to them to show off.
