They absolutely are. The admin doesn’t care about them, their lives, or their livelihood. They will absolutely throw them all under the bus if it means they can avoid accountability. You saw it with what ended up happening to Bovino. Noem ran to Trump to save her skin so they rolled over on him as the leadership to blame for the killings. When consequences come around, and they will come around be it through the established justice system or mob justice (if they keep breaking the justice system), they will try to blame ICE lower leadership and all the foot soldiers for making the decisions as a defense.
