  No, she was arrested for trespassing.

  Also, I’m pretty sure conservatives distrust the government a lot more than progressives.

  It ain’t the conservatives calling for the police to be demilitarized/defunded.

    Its not trespassing if its a public space. Look at what you linked, it has link to the actual video. Shes standing on a public road, presumbably Ophir road, and thats it.

    Yes, theres a “Public Spaces Protection Order” which if you didn’t guess, involves public spaces.
