What are you talking about? What video?
This thread is focused on the interview as WRITTEN in the article posted.
Are you calling out OP for not watching a video? Did you read the article interview yourself?
Get a grip, man…

Nope. Im calling out links and media that somone drops with no context. Its a pet peeve of mine. One of my bigger asks is a way to filter out content that does not have a written body and I generally avoid discourse myself with them as the OP did not start any discourse to begin with. The OP’s response to the comment annoys me as its suggesting they feel they did not read and its like hey if you want to make a comment like that why don’t you actually explaine why you dropped a link in to begin with. Its like getting pamphlets pushed in your face as you walk down the street. Ironically its what got me to comment against my general rule of not engaging if the op does not start some with their post.

The “context” is in the headline. That tells you all that you should need to know to determine whether your want to read the article.
The fact that you seem to want someone to do that work for you and tell you what to think (divorcing whatever gets highlighted from its full context in the interview in the process) is frankly disappointing.
Getting mad at link aggregation software for aggregating links is a real choice.

See I don’t view this as link aggregation software. I view it as discourse software. I get annoyed because I can’t filter it out like I would like to, so I end up clicking on things I otherwise would not. I don’t appreciate it anymore than a friend shoving a magazine in my face rather than prefacing a bit with he found an interesting article and would I like to read it. No the headlines don’t provide the context which is why would a real human want to read some article.

Great. Read the interview, and if there’s any aspect of it you feel you need to add thoughts to, go ahead and do it. And if you don’t have anything to add, (a) that doesn’t mean it’s not worth sharing, and (b) you can just bypass the thread entirely.
It’s not on OPs to tell people what aspects of an article to talk about, and in many cases, I would argue that it’s not appropriate to try.
You can’t possibly think that someone posting something online is analysis to approaching you and shoving something in your face. Please tell me you can tell the difference.
