Used the link to order a Mira mask and NBC-17 filter. No conflict in my area yet, but I’d rather have it and not need it than need it and not have it.

No. Avon still exists, they have the current contract to make the M-50 gas mask. (Which, BTW, is not compatible with standard NATO CBRN 40mm cartidges.)
