sukhmel@programming.dev 1 week agoHistorically, the style manual of the United States Government Printing Office used 12 a.m. for noon and 12 p.m. for midnight, though this was reversed in its 2008 editions.
I also remember there were some countries that have 12 AM mean noon, but I may be mistaken as I can’t find a source
