There are two things to consider:

1. You can get custom stickers. There are lot of suppliers and they are not expensive, even for small quanitities. You can also get stickers to print on your inkjet
2. However: Those logos are not vinyl stickers, they are printed on. You might want to take a look at those transparent transfer stickers people are using for their model planes or research how those custom lego printing places are doing it
