I hate the people who hear about depression and suicidal ideation and then center themselves, “nooooo! How could you do that? I know you are hurting so bad you want to end it but have you thought about how that would effect me, the main character?”

I’m not in favor of anyone committing suicide but it’s some emotional vampire shit to want other people to suffer mind bending pain just so you don’t have grief. They’d really rather you suffer than them and that’s the bottom line for those types.
