Im certainly not saying it changed my life. Some people are also saying that the eyes start to glow. :) There must be some reasonable thinking going on as well I think.
But yeah, I noticed higher physical energy after a week or so. Its simply because the body loses energy when you jerk off, so if you dont do it, you have a lot more. I dont know, its not psychological to me, not that part. I can feel more energy, thats all.
Started having daily 30 minute fast walks to balance it out a little bit but still feel like moving much more now.
