It’s the same person.

They make two types of accounts:

1. A man that got “sympathy pregnant” and their stomach won’t stop growing and it’s going to burst

2. Very petite (and barely of acceptable age) girl who somehow attacks much larger men’s bellies.

There’s nothing wrong with the fetish, it’s the nonconsensual aspect of repeatedly trying to trick people into participating instead of seeking out consensual roleplay spaces.
